2 flour tortillas
3 egg whites
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 slice of back bacon
2 cups of water
5 Swedish meatballs
5 jalapeno poppers
4 artichoke/spinach wontons
1 cup broccoli with cheese sauce
2 cups of water
2 Oreo ice cream sandwiches
2 cups of water
Exercise
55 minutes treadmill--walk 3:50, jog 1:10
35 upper body free weights and machines
10 minutes stretching
